Hailey Bieber’s wardrobe is filled with pieces I could never dream of affording: custom-made dresses, designer shoes, straight-off-the-runway handbags, and let’s not forget her “priceless” bubble-initial necklace. So imagine my surprise when I learned that her go-to sunglasses don’t even hit triple digits in price. They cost just $65.
Since the summer, Bieber has been spotted on several occasions wearing the same pair of ’90s-style sunnies by Australian eyewear brand Otra. They feature a thin metal frame and narrow black lenses, one of which displays the brand’s name in white lettering. Bieber has worn the affordable sunglasses on a shopping trip during the summer, in an #OOTD Instagram post, and for a recent coffee run with her hubby, Justin. Several other stars have repped the same shades over the past few months, including Kelly Rowland, Emma Hernan, and Tessa Brooks.
With so much celebrity endorsement, the sunglasses unsurprisingly sold out online earlier this year, but I’m pleased to report they’re back in stock – for now, at least. Although Otra is based in Australia, the company ships all US orders from a warehouse in Los Angeles, so you don’t have to worry about paying an arm and a leg for shipping. (It either costs $5 for USPS ground or $10 for express.) Copying Hailey Bieber’s style for less than 80 bucks altogether? Sign me up.
