The single is so powerful that it called for a look more extraordinary in shape and striking in color, and Ariana and her stylist Mimi Cuttrell found that in a voluminous yellow Valentino Haute Couture bow gown from the spring/summer 2019 collection.
The strapless design flowed to the floor underneath her as she performed, keeping her grounded in a moment of stillness – something only a beautiful couture number like this is capable of doing. Styled with black leather elbow-length gloves (perhaps a reference to the outfit she began recording in?), a delicate chain choker, and diamond earrings, Ariana was picturesque, staying true to her signature style, which is big on high-octane glamour, but never without an edgy touch.
